Documents tab not loading/ stuck in a loading animation

Overview

This guide is for issue with the platform documents tab not loading or stuck in the loading gif animation.

Solution for documents tab not loading:

If the documents tab in V8 fails to load or remains stuck on the loading animation, it is likely because the cases are outdated, and the fields have not been refreshed for an extended period. In this case, an option to update standard fields will appear, which can be accessed under Manage > Manage fields > Update standard fields.

This should resolve the loading issue of document tabs.
